$50PAID EVENT – Join Megan and Alex Rydzak of Fatcat Baking for a fun and informative cooking class where you’ll learn how to create a delicious tofu scramble breakfast from scratch! We’ll be making your choice of a Denver omelet, Mexican, or Greek-style scramble.
Whether you’re a seasoned vegan, a curious foodie, or simply looking to expand your breakfast repertoire, this class is perfect for you.
In this hands-on session, your experienced instructor will guide you through the steps of crafting the perfect tofu scramble. You’ll learn about selecting the right tofu, mastering seasoning and flavoring techniques, and incorporating a variety of fresh vegetables and spices to create a mouthwatering dish that suits your taste preferences.

At the end of the class, we will enjoy our creations with some warm bread, and beautiful mocktails created by Jess, our program director.
