Sizes

Rounds are available in the following sizes and Include sprinkles and writing. Gold leafing or other decorations are at an extra fee. All prices are for 3 layer cakes.

We can add fruit, ganache or a flavored pastry cream as a filling between layers for an additional fee. Be sure to ask for more details!

Frequently asked about cakes

Where do I pick up my cake from?

We are located in a commercial kitchen with no public entrance. Our address is 790 Canal street Syracuse, NY 13214. Please stay in your car and we will bring your order out to you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver cakes to you! Delivery is $5 in Syracuse, anything outside of this will have a per mile fee on top of that.

Can I order something that isn’t on the cake flavor list?

We LOVE suggestions! If we can’t make a specific flavor you’re looking for we can brain storm something together.

How far in advance should I place a cake order?

We recommend as soon as you know you’ll need one to contact us. Our summer months fill up quickly and we get requests sometimes months before an event. We do not take cake order requests with less than 1 week notice.

Do you make non-vegan cakes?

No, we are a 100% vegan kitchen. Always will be.

Are your cakes allergen/gluten-free friendly?

We take allergies very seriously! We hold ServSafe certifications for recognizing and handling allergen situations properly. We tend to be VERY conservative before declaring something allergen-free. Sometimes turning away an order depending on what the work load looks like the day of the request.

Gluten-free can be tricky for us because we lack the space to have entirely separate equipment to handle gluten-free orders. We do store gluten-free ingredients separately in dedicated containers and spaces and sanitize surfaces and utensils before working on gluten-less orders, (typically we do these orders first-thing in the production day so it will be right after a sanitizing pass) but because of the shared nature of our kitchen, we usually shy away from declaring things gluten-free and use the term gluten-less. We are sad to say our items are not suitable with those with severe celiac and are happy to recommend other bakeries who maybe able to help.
