Making people happy with the power of pastry.
We are a small Jewish, woman-owned bakery incorporated in January 2020 to serve the Syracuse and surrounding areas with vegan baked goods.
After being furloughed during the COVID-19 crisis, Megan decided to pursue her dream business full-time and Fatcat Baking was born. Named for our very own little fatcat Loki, we pride ourselves on providing the vegan, egg free and dairy free community with delicious high quality baked goods.
What started out as a tiny kitchen business soon quickly expanded and now we provide vegan pastries to 8 local businesses on a weekly basis, from downtown to North Syracuse and a few places in between.
